Our goal is to help you relax without causing too much discomfort. Our massage therapists will work with you to find the right firmness and pressure to release your muscle tension.

Do I have to be completely undressed?

As a rule of thumb, we prioritize your comfort and wellbeing. While most people undress all the way. If you will be more comfortable leaving your underwear on, that is fine. You will be covered with a large sheet and our therapist will only uncover the area being worked.

We specialize in full body massages. Your comfort is our priority, so we will work around whatever you choose.

Do I have to cover myself with a sheet or towel?

Our therapists will only uncover the part of your body being worked on. For your privacy, it is a mandatory rule that you’re properly covered or draped at all times.

When you undress in the private room, you will lay down on the table under the drape. Our therapist will then enter the room and start the massage.

If the therapist is going to work on a woman’s abdomen, a towl will be used to cover the breasts so the main sheet can be moved to expose the abdomen. The genitals and breasts (women and men) will not be uncovered.
