Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using spasafehaven.com (the “Service”) operated by Safe Haven Massage & Wellness Center (“us,” “we,” or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.

Appointments and Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows may be charged a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to charge up to the full service amount for repeated no-shows.

We understand that unexpected situations arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased from Safe Haven Massage & Wellness Center are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards do not expire. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Membership Terms

Monthly memberships are billed automatically each month. Members may cancel their membership with appropriate notice by contacting us directly. Unused membership services rollover for up to 6 months; services expire after 6 months of non-use.

Membership benefits cannot be combined with other specials, promotions, or discounts, and cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

Health and Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing any health conditions, medications, allergies, or contraindications to their therapist prior to treatment. Safe Haven Massage & Wellness Center reserves the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may be contraindicated or unsafe for the client.

Certain medications can affect the safety of waxing treatments. Clients must disclose all current medications to their esthetician before waxing services.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Safe Haven Massage & Wellness Center and its licensors. Our Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Safe Haven Massage & Wellness Center.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Safe Haven Massage & Wellness Center. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party sites you visit.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Safe Haven Massage & Wellness Center, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
