  • Aggregated analytics: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This service collects anonymized, aggregated data such as page views, referring websites, browser type, device type, and country. It does not use cookies or fingerprinting and does not track individual users across sessions.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiries submitted through our contact form
  • To facilitate appointment booking through our scheduling system
  • To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues
  • To comply with legal obligations

Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services that may process your personal information:

  • Cloudflare: Hosts our website and delivers static site content, assets, and related request logs needed to operate the Service.
  • Mangomint: Processes appointment bookings, payments, gift cards, and client records. When you book an appointment or purchase a gift card, your information is handled according to Mangomint’s privacy policy.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics: Provides privacy-first, aggregated website analytics. No cookies are set, no personal data is collected, and no individual user is tracked. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for details.
  • Google Maps: We embed a Google Maps widget on our contact page to show our location. Google may collect usage data through this embed.

These third-party providers have access to your personal information only to perform services on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Cookies

We do not use cookies for analytics or tracking purposes. Our website analytics are provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not collect personally identifiable information. Your browser may still store functional cookies set by embedded third-party services such as Mangomint (appointment booking) or Google Maps. These are governed by those services’ own privacy policies.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 12 months, then deleted.
  • Booking records: Retained by Mangomint in accordance with their data retention policies.
  • Analytics data: Retained in aggregated, anonymized form.
